Section 43
Documents that are not received properly are not valid

(1) A document prepared without the manner in accordance with this paragraph shall not be valid.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in the following cases such document may be recognized with a fine of up to two hundred rupees depending on the nature of the document:-
(a) A person who knows how to write has done it in a way that it is not clearly visible that the lapche has not been properly printed and the lapche has been properly printed,
(b) A person who knows how to write has only typed the slips without signing,
(c) Not printing the reason at the end of the date at the end of the document,
(d) not having witnessed or not having signed the witness,
(e) In cases where the name, surname, country of origin and rank should be written, any or all of the surname, country of origin or rank have been omitted.
(3) In spite of anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if there is a legal provision that any document can be prepared by electronic means in accordance with the law, the document prepared in that way shall be considered as a duly prepared document.
